  Saw great reviews on-line and made an appointment. Zachary came out to house and treated for mouse in attic. Took some pictures around the house to show where there might be breaches for mice to get in. Received pictures and could not identify where pictures where taken. Sent email and never received a response asking for identity of location of breaches. In actuality, some of the pictures don't even appear to be my house. In any event, the non-communication is an unacceptable way to practice business. Too bad, I was possibly going to sign a contract for quarterly treatments. Their loss!
